Matches will start at 9 am, and finish early in the afternoon.
BBQ Lunch will be provided for all players.

Time Schedule on the day.
- The club opens at 8.30 am
- Divisions 1 and 2 start at 9 am
- Division 3 starts at 10.30 am (approx.)
- Division 4 starts at 11 am (approx.)
- Medals Presentation at 12 pm (approx.)
- Lunch after the presentation around 12.30 pm (approx.)
- Social play until 3.30 pm
- The club closes at 3.30 pm
TOURNAMENT CONDITIONS
- The Tournament Committee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entries into the tournament by any player, and if the Tournament Committee exercises this discretion, it will notify the player accordingly and refund any monies paid.
- The Tournament Committee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any player displaying acts of bad sportsmanship.
- The tournament shall be held under the laws and regulations of the ITTF and TTA.
- ITTF Rules regarding racket and clothing regulations will be enforced.
- All matches will be the best of five (5) advantage games up to 11 points.
- All players will be required to umpire a minimum of one match per event entered. Losers shall remain on the table and umpire the next match.
- No glueing or re-glueing of rackets is permitted inside the playing venue.
- ITTF-approved STIGA Premium Roller 25mm and DOUBLE FISH 3 stars V40+ or equivalent will be used for the tournament.
- The Tournament Committee reserves the right to grade the players and its decisions shall be final. No claim shall be made by any player in relation to the decisions.
- Persons attending the tournament are responsible for their personal belongings. No claim for any loss or damage shall be made against Padstow NSW Table Tennis Club.
- No refunds will be allowed to players withdrawing during or prior to the tournament and no show on the day.
