Introduction
We're running table tennis squad training which comprises 1.5 hour of intensive and fun training aimed at developing table tennis players! The focus of squad training is to prepare players for competition with the view to one day representing the club or even our State. We will be focusing on four areas of development: techniques and consistency; tactical play; strength and conditioning; and mental toughness.
Who Is Invited?
Everyone!!!
The squad program is open to all ages, from intermediate level to advanced level. Our well-structured training environment is a fun and friendly atmosphere.
How Much Does It Cost?
The total cost for the 6 weeks program is $222 per student. If paying week by week, it will cost $42 per week.
We require a club member registration which costs $10 for Term 4. Click here to join.
When Does It Start?
The sessions start on Saturday 19/10/2024 and finish on Saturday 23/11/2024.
Time 9.00 am – 10.30 am
Please try to arrive 5 minutes before the class begins.
Who Are Our Coaches?
The session is led by accredited coaches. Our coaches are;
- Tony is a level 2 accredited table tennis coach.
- Simon is a level 2 accredited table tennis coach.
- Connie is a level 2 accredited table tennis coach.

What Do Players Need To Bring?
- Your own bat (or you may purchase one from our club).
- A towel.
- Plenty of water or fluids.

The venue is at Padstow Park Public School - Faraday Rd, Padstow.
Padstow table tennis club is in the city of Canterbury Bankstown, it is located just 3 minutes off the M5 South-West Motorway, neighbouring Revesby, Picnic Point, Panania, East Hills, Belmore, Riverwood, Roseland, Lakemba, Menai, Mortdale, Oatley. Or a short drive from St George and Sutherland Shire, Bangor, Gymea, Miranda, Taren Point, Caringbah, Kirrawee, Yagoona, Hurstville, Beverly Hills, Illawong, Kingsgrove, Georges Hall, Condell Park, Fairfield.
Transport
You can also take a train to Padstow station, which is located on the East Hills line, served by Sydney trains T8 Airport and South line services, Or you can take a bus to Padstow from Hurstville, Bankstown, Miranda, Illawong, Menai, Sutherland, Liverpool, Milperra, Peakhurst.
