Introduction
We’re running table tennis intermediate training which comprises 1.5 hours of fun training aimed at developing table tennis players! We will be focusing on areas of spins, speed, footwork development, player strength/weaknesses, and fitness. The intermediate is suitable for all ages.
We are offering table tennis lessons for all ages. The 2025 Term 1 enrolment is open now.
Classes start 08/02/2025 and finish 29/03/2025.

For Beginners
Do you want to learn how to play table tennis? You will learn the basic techniques of how to play table tennis.
The class starts 10:30 am - 11:30 am
For Intermediate Level
Do you want to develop core table tennis techniques? You will learn how to deal with spins, speeds, footwork development, and fitness in table tennis.
Classes start 9 am - 10:30 am or 10:30 am - 12 pm
For Squad Training
Do you want to improve your games? Intensive and fun training aimed to prepare players for competition representing the club, work or even our State.
Class starts 9 am - 10:30 am

Padstow Table Tennis Club is in the city of Canterbury Bankstown, it is located just 3 minutes off the M5 South-West Motorway, neighbouring Revesby, Picnic Point, Panania, East Hills, Belmore, Riverwood, Roseland, Lakemba, Menai, Mortdale, Oatley. Or a short drive from St George and Sutherland Shire, Bangor, Gymea, Miranda, Taren Point, Caringbah, Kirrawee, Yagoona, Hurstville, Beverly Hills, Illawong, Kingsgrove, Georges Hall, Condell Park, Fairfield.
Transport
You can also take a train to Padstow station, which is located on the East Hills line, served by Sydney trains T8 Airport and South line services, Or you can take a bus to Padstow from Hurstville, Bankstown, Miranda, Illawong, Menai, Sutherland, Liverpool, Milperra, Peakhurst.

Where can I play social table tennis in Sydney?
Come to play social table tennis in Sydney NSW, Padstow (35 minutes from the CBD by car or train).
Saturday social sessions are 1.30 pm - 3.30 pm at Padstow Park School, Faraday Rd Padstow (opposite 59 Faraday Rd Padstow).
Parking is on the street, use the school pedestrian gate (near the crossing) to enter the school.
The cost is $10 per session. Booking is not required. Pay at the door.

The focus of squad training is to prepare players for competition with the view to one day representing the club or even our State. We will be focusing on four areas of development: techniques and consistency; tactical play; strength and conditioning; and mental toughness.
